Anti-Harassment Policy

Annapolis Comic-Con and Southern Maryland Comic-Con are meant to be safe places to have fun and celebrate fandom. This is important to us. We want to make sure that everyone is treated with respect, and we have enacted this harassment policy to reflect that. Harassment of any kind (sexual or non-sexual) will not be tolerated. If you feel you have been harassed, please contact any member of our staff or security. They have been trained to help you. If you can’t find a member of staff, a volunteer will be able to find someone who can help you.

Anyone engaging in harassing behavior will be subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of convention staff or security coordinator. Disciplinary action could range from a warning to expulsion from the event without refund. Anyone asked to stop harassing behavior who does not stop will be expelled from the event without refund and banned from future events.

Please treat everyone at the con (and everywhere else) with respect! If someone asks you to leave them alone, you can have more fun with someone else. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about this policy.
